What is your MOQ?
Non-woven bags: 500 pcs. Canvas bags: 100 pcs. Insulated food-delivery bags in our fixed sizes: 500–1,000 pcs. Small trial orders are welcome.
Do you offer free samples?
Stock samples are free — you only pay the courier cost. Custom (pre-production) samples are discussed and usually charged, and credited back on the bulk order in most cases. We never ship bulk without your approval.
How long does production take?
Typically 10–15 days after artwork and sample approval, depending on quantity. Production is all in-house, so schedules stay tight.
Can you print my logo in multiple colors?
Yes. We run silk-screen, rotogravure and digital printing in our own factory. For full-color artwork on non-woven bags we usually use laminated rotogravure printing.
What file format do you need for artwork?
AI, PDF, CDR, high-resolution PNG or JPG all work. If you only have a plain photo or logo, we can help set it up for print.
Do you handle shipping?
We arrange sea, air and express freight to your port or door. Freight depends on destination and quantity, so we quote shipping after your order details are confirmed — with door-to-door options on request.
Which material should I choose — non-woven or canvas?
Non-woven wins on price and is the standard for promotions and shopping bags; choose 70–90 gsm for normal use. Canvas is the premium option for resale and gifts, with a much lower MOQ (100 pcs).
How do I trust the quality before paying?
Ask for a sample bag (stock samples are free, courier cost only), or approve a pre-production sample before the bulk run. Finished goods are inspected before packing.
