Production lead time: what actually happens in 10–15 days

Our standard lead time is 10–15 days. That clock starts after two things are locked: your artwork approval and your sample approval.

The first days go to material preparation: non-woven fabric in your chosen weight (gsm) and color, or canvas, pulled from our regular stock so nothing waits on the loom.

Printing comes next. Simple logos run on silk-screen; full-color designs run on our rotogravure line for laminated bags; short urgent runs can use digital printing.

Then the bags are cut, heat-pressed or sewn, and finished by hand where needed.

Before packing, every batch is inspected — print alignment, stitching, handles, counts. Export packing goes into bales or cartons depending on the bag type.
