Both materials are best-sellers in custom bags, but they answer different needs.
Non-woven (PP) is light, economical and printable. It is the standard choice for promotions, retail giveaways, exhibitions and shopping bags. Normal use calls for 70–90 gsm fabric. MOQ starts at 500 pcs.
Laminated non-woven is the same fabric with a printed film bonded on top — the way to get photo-quality, full-color artwork on a non-woven bag.
Canvas is heavier and has a premium feel. It suits boutique and retail bags meant to be reused and even resold, and gift bags where the bag itself is part of the value. Because it is sewn in small batches, canvas MOQ starts at only 100 pcs.
A simple rule of thumb: one-off giveaway at events → non-woven; a bag good enough to sell in a shop → canvas.
